The front door runs the intake

• ·The welcome page now reads like a first appointment: the problem, the history, the examination, who builds it, the plan. A numbered rail marks each step.

• ·A new ledger names what Steadied won't promise (calm, profits, a new you) and what it does instead: measure, track, map.

The front door earns its spine

• ·The welcome page's live state check now draws the wide spine on big screens, the same drawing members meet inside the app. Phones keep the flat scale.
• ·The "Who builds this" section now shows the app's real version number and ship date, pulled from the same place as the in-app version badge, with a link to this page. "Constantly developed" is now a checkable fact.
• ·If Steadied has never asked about your trading timezone, Home now asks once, with one tap to confirm. Check-in nudges follow the zone you confirm.

The spine reads from the center

• ·On the wide state check, each rung's words now sit on the opposite side from its bar, tucked against the number line. Bar on one side, words on the other, so every row uses its full width.
• ·Zero, the one reading with no direction, now straddles the line: a small green bar on each side, its meaning to the left, its words to the right, all in green.
• ·The SHUT DOWN, CENTERED and REVVED UP labels now run down the side of the scale, each alongside the five rungs it names, instead of sitting in a strip across the top.

The front door comes alive

• ·The welcome page now opens with the real state check. Tap a rung and the instrument reads you back, the same scale, words and colors a member meets inside the app. Nothing you tap is saved.
• ·The page then walks one trader's Tuesday through the instrument, hour by hour, and puts the assessment and its Pattern Map at the center of the story.
• ·"Steady by design. Regulate. Then execute." now closes the page instead of opening it.

The spine shows up on time

• ·On wide screens the state check now draws its spine from the first moment the page appears. Until now the flat scale showed for a beat and then switched over, a small flash on every load.

The state check gets its spine

• ·On a wide screen, the fifteen rungs now stand around a real zero line, +7 at the top. Each rung is a bar that grows leftward as you shut down and rightward as you rev up, so how far out you are reads as a length, not a place in a list.
• ·Mid-width windows get the same drawing with just the rung meanings. The five word lists still appear as chips the moment you pick a rung. Phones and the trading bar keep the flat scale.
• ·The scale itself is unchanged: same numbers, same words, same zones, same save.
• ·The Centered band now carries its "all tradeable" reminder in every drawing of the scale, and the scale dims and highlights the same way on every surface.

The Revved Up scale finds its anger

• ·The upper half of the state ladder now leads with the feelings traders actually run hot on. Each rung pairs its anger word with its reward twin, like "Fury, or euphoria" and "Frustrated, or FOMO".
• ·Seething, resentment, irritation and impatience joined the ladder's word lists. Every word you could pick before is still there.
• ·Feeling great is still Revved Up. Every rung keeps its reward words, and the reminder that a post-win high is not Centered stays put.

The app now walks with you

• ·After every state check, Steadied hands you one next exercise, chosen from your reading and what you have learned so far, with other options one tap away. No more three competing buttons.
• ·Your curriculum is a map on the home screen: every lesson, what it teaches, the tools it brings with it, and a marker for where you are.
• ·Tools open in sequence now. Each tool's page names the lesson that introduces it and takes you straight there, about ten minutes. Grounding is always one tap away for anyone running hot, and everything you have been taught stays open at any intensity, forever. New accounts only; existing members keep everything exactly as it was, including every choice already made.
• ·The numbers got honest. A swingy week can no longer read as a calm one, no statistic renders from a handful of samples, every figure shows how many readings it stands on, and one reading is one color on every screen.
• ·At the highest readings, the stop-trading directive is the headline on the screen, not the fine print.
• ·Every lesson page and the explainer can read themselves aloud with the voice built into your device.
• ·Fresh Start, in Settings: choose to begin again. Your position resets and your dashboards count from today, while everything you learned and logged stays yours. What was taught stays taught.
• ·A stray tap can no longer record a rating you did not mean. Unrated sliders take a deliberate second tap or a drag.

The first week, rebuilt

• ·Your first state check is available from your first minute. The four foundation lessons still open everything else, and the lessons page now shows time per lesson and remembers your place between sittings.
• ·A Week One card on the home page walks the first steps in order: state check, morning scan, body scan, first patterns. It runs for every account and has a permanent "Don't show this again."
• ·The morning scan has one name everywhere: Pre-Market. Its quick version is now a true short form: twelve readings across life, home, body, and mind, chosen clinically, plus the two do-not-trade signals.
• ·One number system across the whole app. Lessons, the explainer, and every zone rule now speak the same -7 to +7 scale the sliders show, including the drilled rule: the Stop zone starts at 5, either direction.
• ·Every toolkit page now says which lesson introduces it, and everything stays open: "Open anyway" is always there.
• ·"Skinner Alerts" are now "Check-in nudges," with a plain sentence about why their timing is random.
• ·Patterns no longer renders a verdict from an empty week, every "need more data" card links to the tool that feeds it, and empty pages point somewhere instead of ending.
• ·Everyone was signed out once so the rebuilt first week greets every account fresh.

Your record only ever grows

• ·The counter on your home screen counts the days you have shown up, and it never goes down. A day you miss takes nothing away from it, so there is no run to protect and nothing to lose by being honest about a day you did not check in.
• ·It replaces the streak. A streak makes a missed day into something you forfeit, and the cheapest way to protect one is to stop logging on the days that would break it, which is exactly backwards for a record whose only job is to be true.
• ·This is the same rule your toolkit already runs on, now applied everywhere: a tool lights the first time you use it and stays lit, and a quiet day never takes anything away.

The check-in learns to ask who, not just how far

• ·Your check-in can now ask which state you are actually in, not only how far out you are. A +5 that is anger and a +5 that is fear wearing anger's energy need opposite things, and until now the app could only offer one of them.
• ·It stays quiet at the very top and bottom of the scale. At that altitude the job is to stop trading, and no question belongs between you and that instruction.
• ·The Protocol page leads with your reading, the level, and why these exercises. They arrive in the order they are meant to be done, and the ones being deliberately withheld are shown as reference with the reason. Calming exercises for revved up, activating ones for shut down, and crossing them makes the state worse.
• ·The Trade log is finally a trade log. The page the menu pointed at was a second copy of your state history. Every row now carries the state you took the trade at, and a trade with no check-in on record says so instead of inventing a calm reading for you.
• ·There is no money anywhere on that log, on purpose. It answers which states you trade well from, and no amount made off plan changes that answer.
• ·Take Stock shows you the verdict while you are still rating. It used to sit at the bottom of a thirty-six item scan, arriving after your mind was already made up. The safety check moved up with it, so both stay on screen the whole way through instead of below a long scroll.

The state check now fits on one screen

• ·The state check is one screen instead of a long scroll. All fifteen rungs sit on a single scale, low on the left and high on the right, so how far out you are is something you see at a glance rather than something you count. Before, finding yourself near the bottom meant scrolling past the whole ladder first, which is the worst moment to ask anyone to do that.
• ·Picking a rung no longer takes you to a second screen. The words appear next to the scale, and the scale stays put, so changing your mind is one tap instead of a trip back.
• ·Your toolkit page has been rebuilt. The tools are grouped by module, and beside them there is now a plain statement of what this app will never do: no streaks, no score attached to your state number, no leaderboards, with the reason for each one written out.
• ·Trades that followed your plan are now called Process Forward rather than Clean. Clean quietly implied the other kind was dirty, and a loss you took by following your plan is a good day's work, not a mess.
• ·The crisis screen was made quieter and easier to read, and the phone numbers on it were given more weight than anything else on the page.
• ·Small supporting text throughout the app was darkened so it actually passes readability standards on the light themes.

Your Values Compass stops overwriting itself

• ·Saving your compass can no longer wipe what was already there. A save that landed before the page had finished loading your values wrote nine blanks straight over your real ratings.
• ·A save that gets refused now says so out loud. Previously it looked exactly like one that worked, which is how this went misdiagnosed for weeks as a page that never sent anything.
• ·The sliders stopped implying answers you never gave. An unrated area sat at the midpoint in full colour, so nine untouched areas looked like nine deliberate fives. Unrated now says "Not rated" and looks it.
• ·Rating something a 5 by clicking now works. With every handle already parked at 5, clicking 5 changed nothing and recorded nothing.

One name per destination

• ·A place in the app could have three different names depending on which screen you came from. Your check-in was "Quick Log" in one menu, "TSS Check-in" in another and "Check in" in the toolbar. Every destination has one name everywhere now.
• ·The tabs are named after the job rather than the machinery behind it: State check, Take Stock, Patterns.
• ·Two pages you could previously only reach by accident are in the account menu now. The Trade log was reachable through a single home card, and the Protocol only from inside a debrief.
• ·Text on the light themes is readable again. The numbers you pick your state from were failing contrast badly enough to disappear in daylight, and so was the safety line on the sober drill. Those colours now follow whichever appearance you chose instead of being fixed for a dark background.

The Watchtower slows down, and the debrief remembers

• ·The Watchtower runs two minutes and ten seconds instead of sixty. A step that asked you to read fifteen words and then name a pattern was giving you five seconds to do it, which is a slideshow, not a pace. No step can now end before it can be read. Reported by a beta tester.
• ·Saving a Triple Integration offers you the way back to your debrief. The debrief put that link in front of you and then had no route home from it.
• ·Your debrief survives leaving it. It only ever opened blank, so going anywhere and coming back lost your answers. It reads the day back now, which also means a refresh or a phone locking no longer costs you the whole thing.

Sharing a Steadied link now shows the instrument

• ·Paste a Steadied link into Discord, Slack or a text message and the preview shows a real state check on the scale instead of a logo on a white card. It matches the app you land on, and it says what Steadied does without you having to explain it.
• ·Previews used to work on the front page only. Every other link, including a beta invite, unfurled as a bare line of text. All of them carry the card now.

Six pieces of Modules 4 and 5, and a compass that saves

• ·Your Values Compass saves. It had been failing silently against the database, so ratings you entered were lost and the page greeted you with a fresh empty compass as though you had never filled one in.
• ·The Translation Drill is new. Put in the sentence as it actually sounds in your head, and get it back said as an observation, three times over.
• ·Two additions to the interrupt flow: an Integration Cue on the ACT step, and Scratching the Itch on the IDENTIFY step. The second is optional and never blocks you.
• ·The Language Replacement Chart is now the full ten rows from the chapter.
• ·Two more tilt markers, cold hands and a freeze response, and they count toward the three-marker rule. The threshold stays at three while the list grows, so the mandatory step away trips sooner. That is the intent, not a side effect.
• ·Observing and Integrating are no longer greyed out on your toolkit. Six tools registered, and five of them light from what you have already done, so nothing you have used gets asked of you twice.
• ·The toward or away question now follows every check-in, and it names the value it is asking about: "Toward or away from Family, right now?" It still stays out of the way at the top of the scale, where the job is to regulate rather than reflect.

Still in the urge? Keep surfing.

• ·"Kept surfing" now does what it says. When the urge surfing timer ran out, the one button that named what you were doing did nothing, and the only way off that screen was to file an outcome, which ends the drill. It takes another three minutes on the same wave now, and the record still measures how long you actually held it rather than restarting the clock. Reported by a beta tester.
• ·The Live Session toolbar always settles, however slow the network is. When your record cannot be loaded it shows no measurements at all, says plainly that this is not an all clear, and keeps retrying on its own until it has something real to show you.

Four things the app was quietly getting wrong

• ·The regulation protocols were being chosen from the wrong check-in. The page read the oldest reading on your record instead of your most recent one, so someone shut down a month ago and revved up today could be handed the exercises for the opposite state. Getting that direction wrong makes the state worse, which is the one mistake that part of the app exists to prevent.
• ·The same risk sat in the random check-in nudges. A prompt like "cold water, wrists and neck" could arrive while you were already shut down. Instructions that only suit one direction have been taken out of the random pool.
• ·Your home page stopped emptying its state panel every evening. It was rolling over to a new day partway through the trading afternoon, so a check-in you had just made vanished from the panel meant to show it.
• ·Trade size can be entered from the Live Session toolbar. A trade logged from your chart used to lose its size entirely. Leaving the box empty is still a real answer and records nothing, rather than a zero.

Easier on the eyes over a long session

• ·The dark background is no longer pure black. Light text on true black can appear to glow and smear, which is worse if you have any astigmatism and worse again the longer you read. The page now sits a shade off zero. It looks the same at a glance and is easier to stay in front of for a full session.

Steadied has a new look

• ·The app is black now, with a cold blue running through it. It is easier to sit in front of for a long session, and it reads like an instrument instead of an app.
• ·New type throughout. One typeface for what you read, another for the numbers and labels, so a measurement looks like a measurement.
• ·Four looks to choose from in Appearance, each with a light version and a dark one. Obsidian is the black one you are looking at. Terminal is greener and darker. Mono is gray with no color at all except your trade outcomes. Moss is a deep green field.
• ·Everyone starts on the new look. The older palettes have been retired, so if you were on one of those, pick whichever of the new ones you read most comfortably and it will stay put.

Your trade history stops making things up

• ·When you log a trade without having checked in first, your history now says so instead of inventing a reading for you. Most of the trades on record carried a state you never actually reported, and that is gone.
• ·A reading from an earlier day is no longer stamped onto today's trade. Only a check-in from the same trading day counts.
• ·The rule you named when you went off-plan is finally kept. You were being asked what you broke and the answer was being filed as "other" every time.
• ·Trade size is recorded now. It had a place to live since the very first version and was never written.

A window that stays on top

• ·The Live Session toolbar can pop out into a narrow strip that floats above everything else, so a check-in no longer means leaving your platform to go find the app.
• ·Take Stock stops losing your work. Rate thirty items, then refresh by accident or get pulled away, and the scan is offered back to you for forty-five minutes. It is offered, never restored behind your back, and nothing reaches your record until you save.
• ·The quick check saves what the quick check measured. Answer part of a scan and only that part is recorded, instead of the whole thing.
• ·The safety net reaches further. Every place you can write freely is now checked, not only the check-in, so a hard moment typed into a trade note or a reflection gets the same response as one typed anywhere else.
• ·An account pause now holds everywhere in the app.
• ·The guided voice stopped falling back to the flat one partway through.

Take Stock learns to see what is going well

• ·Fourteen of the items now run from dissatisfied through satisfied instead of only measuring what hurts, and they have their own place in the scan with a visible centre so it is clear which way is up.
• ·On a steady morning the scan will name up to three things you are running strong on. It stays quiet about them on a hard one, because that is not the moment for it.
• ·None of this softens a single safety read. What was measured as distress is still measured as distress.
• ·A tab left open for days now tells you when it is running old code, instead of quietly behaving like a version that no longer exists.
• ·If the app fails to record a safety event, the pause and the alert still happen, and the screen tells you the truth about what was recorded.

The guided exercises get a real voice

• ·Every guided exercise that speaks now uses a recorded human voice instead of the flat one your browser supplies. Nine surfaces in all. Still optional, still off until you turn it on.
• ·Five bugs in the Live Session toolbar are fixed.
• ·The Logs page was rebuilt to follow whichever appearance you have chosen, instead of ignoring it.

The exercises come to life

• ·Your toolkit. A new page lays out every exercise across the Fundamentals. Each one lights up the first time you use it and stays lit. A map of what is in your hands, not a streak and not a score, and a quiet day never takes anything away.
• ·The exercises now draw what they are about. Urge surfing shows the wave rising and falling. Leaves on a Stream gives you an actual stream to set a thought on and watch it float away. The Values Compass turns your life areas into one shape that shifts as you rate them.
• ·The breathing circle now reads the room. When you are revved up it slows and softens; when you are shut down it warms instead of dimming. It meets you where you are.
• ·More of the exercises can talk you through them now, with the same optional voice and chime, off by default and always yours to turn on.
• ·Manipulate the Form. Take a stuck thought and play with it, shrink it, warp it, hear it read back to you, until your mind stops taking it at face value.
• ·F.I.S.T. now has a body map. Tap where each feeling sits, and a small picture of your inner state takes shape as you go.

A bigger vocabulary for what you are feeling

• ·More words, once you have picked your level. The ladder still shows five, so it stays quick to scan, but tapping a level now opens around sixteen for that exact intensity. Roughly 240 across the scale, up from 75.
• ·The five you saw on the ladder come first, so what you scanned is what you land on. The rest sit behind them for when none of the five is quite it.
• ·Naming a hard feeling never costs you anything. Every word stays freely pickable, and your check-in always saves.
• ·At the very bottom of the scale, if the words you pick point somewhere heavier than trading, the app quietly puts crisis numbers in front of you. Nothing is paused, nothing is blocked, and you can go straight back to what you were doing.

A home screen that follows the trading day

• ·Home is now six cards, one for each of the Fundamentals, plus your Pattern Map and your trades. Every card wears the Fundamental it belongs to, so the model you are learning is on the screen you look at every morning.
• ·Defusing and Observing share a card. Both are what you reach for mid-spike, so they sit together where you can grab one.
• ·The screen re-ranks itself through the day. Integrating stays quiet while the market is open, because closing the loop is an after-the-close job, then it wakes up and moves to the front once the bell goes.
• ·Weekends look different on purpose. Integrating takes the lead so you can read the week back, a card surfaces the parts of your life you said matter besides trading, and the app stops asking for a state check on a market that is closed.
• ·Your morning chain and the trade logger stay right where they were, underneath the cards.
• ·The About page is reachable now, and the front page carries the mark and the current colors.
• ·Fixed: the home screen could hit an error page if you had not logged a trade yet that day.

The whole scale, on one screen, with the words to go with it

• ·The scale is the screen now. Open a state check and the full range is in front of you, from +7 down to -7, grouped into Revved Up, Centered and Shut Down. Tap where you are. No menu first.
• ·Every level brings its own feelings. Under each one sit five words for that exact intensity: annoyance at +3, anger at +5, rage at +7. Same feeling, different strength, and now the number and the word say the same thing.
• ·Seventy-five words in total, up from fifteen. Boredom and embarrassment sit high in Shut Down, shame a little deeper, disgust and grief and despair deeper still. Pick up to three, or say you are not sure.
• ·One set of numbers everywhere. Your history, your home screen and the trading bar all read the same way now, so a reading means the same thing wherever you meet it.

The State Map: your check-in now starts with where you are

• ·The check-in got smarter. Instead of one long scale, you first pick your territory: Revved Up (euphoric, greedy, angry, anxious, it feels great or it feels awful), Centered (present and steady), or Shut Down (numb, bored, foggy, replaying what you should have done). Then you rate how deep you are in it.
• ·Feeling great after a win counts as Revved Up, not Centered. That is the euphoria trap, and the check-in now catches it before your next trade does.
• ·Name what is here. After picking your territory you can tap up to three feeling words, with "not sure" always allowed. Naming feelings is a skill, and the app now helps you build it.
• ·Centered has room now. The window runs from light enthusiasm (+2) to mild distress (-2), all of it tradeable. Knowing where you sit inside the window is the point.
• ·The trading bar, your history chart, the S.O.B.E.R. drill, and the lessons all speak the same new language. Your old readings carry over, nothing is lost.
• ·At the extreme levels the app now holds the screen with clear next steps in the trading bar too, not just the main app.

A fresh look, and simpler names on your assessments

• ·New look. Steadied now opens in a warm cream and moss-green theme, with a new logo: a line that spikes, then settles to a steady baseline. Prefer dark? Resonance (soft black) and a true-black OLED option are one tap away in Settings, Appearance.
• ·Navigation follows your mode. While you learn, the tools sit across the top so the page has room to breathe. While you trade, the app collapses into a slim side panel you can dock next to your charts, with just the daily loop in reach. The home screen was rebuilt to match.
• ·Your assessments read plainer: the question sets go by simple names, and the fine-print author credits are shortened to initials.

One clear self-assessment, and a public look at who is behind Steadied

• ·Your self-assessment is one plain path now: a quick screen to start, a deeper set when you are ready. No jargon, no test names, no scores. Answer from the gut, and once a set is done it stays done.
• ·The five core skills are now The Fundamentals, each named as something you do: Detecting, Directing, Defusing, Observing, Integrating.
• ·A new public About page, plus cleaner, more consistent naming throughout the app.

A round of fixes: debrief saving, the protocols page, clearer nudges

• ·Your evening debrief saves reliably again; a bug had been turning entries away with a "could not save" message.
• ·The regulation protocols page no longer crashes when you open it.
• ·Check-in nudges now show their full message even when the phone cut it short, and the pre-market scan is lighter, plainer, and clearer about what is left to rate.

The deep-dive question set joins the battery

• ·A third question set is live: the full-length deep dive (116 questions). It confirms what the quick screen surfaced, so your Pattern Map reads move from "surfaced on the quick screen" to "this showed up every way we looked". Your answers save as you go, so you can take it across several sittings.
• ·Your Pattern Map now names each pattern above its line, and the page always shows your next move: the question set still waiting, plus a way back home.

Modules 1 through 3, complete

• ·The learning path now speaks in Modules, and Modules 1 through 3 (Detect, Direct, Defuse) are fully in the app: every lesson, drill, and daily practice has a home.
• ·New regulation tools across all three: a Defusion Technique Library and Leaves on a Stream under Defuse, a Grounding and Mindfulness Library under Detect, and a Toward/Away Log with a Friday review under Direct.
• ·Your mornings and evenings connect now: a short Values and Defuse step closes the pre-market sequence, and the evening debrief adds a readings summary and one trade walked through all three skills.

• ·Also new: Fit-to-Trade Criteria. Write your own conditions for trading full size, answer them each morning, and get a size verdict you decided in advance.

The Live Toolbar is now a command center

• ·The trading bar has a new look, with your state reading as the centerpiece: big, color-coded, with a zone bar you can read from the corner of your eye. Tap it to check in.
• ·A new launcher puts every tool one tap away, and bigger surfaces open in your main Steadied window so the bar stays pinned to your chart.
• ·The bar is calmer: the trade logger hides behind one button, alert status lives in a small bell, and the footer gives quick jumps to Defuse, Pre-market, History, and Step away.

Cleaner exercise timers, now with optional sound

• ·The timed exercises (Watchtower, Urge Surfing, and S.O.B.E.R.) now count down on a clean circular ring you can read at a glance, and the Watchtower timer no longer stumbles between steps.
• ·You can add sound to any of them, off by default. Turn on a soft chime that marks each step change, spoken guidance that reads each step aloud so you can keep your eyes off the screen, or both. When voice is on you can pick a female or male voice. Your choices are remembered on this device.
• ·The Watchtower drill also gained a pause button, so you can hold a step as long as you need.

Your home dashboard is back front-and-center

• ·The daily "trading or learning?" question is now a card you can answer or dismiss right on your home dashboard, instead of a separate screen you had to clear first. Your photo, your menu, and the "not trading today" pause are always one tap away again.
• ·The lesson path is easy to find: it has its own "Lessons" link in the left menu, next to your Library.
• ·The morning Pre-Market scan is shorter and more focused: we trimmed the in-the-trade behavior items so it stays a read on how you're arriving, not a checklist of trading mistakes.

Your streak survives your days off

• ·Your check-in streak no longer breaks when you step away on purpose. Weekends, vacations, and days you mark "not trading today" keep it going. Only a trading day you skip entirely resets it.
• ·The Live Toolbar's check-in nudge is now quiet by default: it flashes without a sound. Want the chime back? Turn it on in the toolbar settings.
• ·When you log a trade from the Live Toolbar, you now get a one-line read on it. A win you grabbed off-plan shows up as a caution to learn from, not a trophy.

• ·Lessons run smoothly on iPhone now: Next, Continue, and Complete respond without scrolling to the bottom first, and practice screens that point to a tool actually show the button.

Your check-in nudges got a lot deeper

Check-in nudges now reach you in the Live Toolbar

• ·When a check-in nudge fires during your session, the Live Toolbar now flashes and plays a gentle sound, so you catch it even heads-down on your chart, and it keeps showing until you tap it. Tapping takes you straight to your state check-in. The sound eases off on its own after a bit so it never becomes a nuisance, and you can mute it or set its volume in the toolbar settings.

Log a trade from the Live Toolbar

• ·You can now log a trade outcome straight from the Live Toolbar in one tap, on-plan or off-plan, win or loss, without leaving your chart. Tap an off-plan outcome and a row of quick reasons appears (revenge trade, FOMO, moved stop, and so on) so the stray lands in your log with the right reason attached. Dollar amounts and notes stay on the full dashboard logger.

Your photos now show in the Live Toolbar

• ·Your personal photos now appear in the Live Toolbar, the detached window you pin beside your chart, not just in the main sidebar. Any photo you've added shows; ones you've tagged with a value still show that value beneath them, and they rotate as you check in through the session.

A cleaner app before launch

• ·Removed a handful of unfinished early surfaces, including a market page that showed example numbers rather than live data, so everything you can reach now reflects something real.
• ·The morning check-in goes by one name everywhere now, so the scan and its history are no longer split across two labels.
• ·The Patterns page now shows only readings your own logs can actually produce, and check-ins now record which protocols you used, so protocol patterns start building from today.

• ·The notification settings are one place now. The Browser notifications switch registers this device the moment you flip it: it asks permission and subscribes for real, with the test button and your alert channels right beside it.

Telegram check-ins

• ·You can now get your check-in nudges as Telegram messages: free, straight to your phone, with no app-store or carrier hurdles. Turn it on in your notification settings: tick Telegram, then Connect Telegram to link the Steadied bot.

• ·Trimmed the Pre-Market scan, removing the cognitive-distortions section. A shorter morning read you finish honestly does more than a longer one you rush through.

Pre-Market, a fuller morning read on distress

• ·Your Pre-Market check-in is built around one simple idea: distress. Rate how much each area of your life and trading is weighing on you right now, from 0 (neutral, nothing pressing) to 10 (the most you can imagine).
• ·The check-in is now a fuller scan: a wider set of specific readings grouped from the big picture (major life events, day-to-day stress) down to the moment (body, mind, and the trading patterns worth watching), so you can notice what's actually present instead of lumping it into a few broad buckets.
• ·Your Steady / Caution / Stop read is set by your single loudest area, not an average. One area running high is enough to land on Caution or Stop. A real spike never gets averaged away by everything else looking calm.
• ·Urgency and desperation sit among the readings as marked do-not-trade signals. When either runs high, it overrides the rest.
• ·On an especially heavy morning, a gentle, optional check-in appears, never a diagnosis, never a block.

One less thing to self-diagnose

• ·Log a Stray no longer asks you to pick a coping style. Naming whether you surrendered, avoided, or overcompensated in the heat of the moment is hard to do honestly, and it's exactly the kind of thing Steadied is built to surface from your patterns over time. So it's off your plate.

Every stray you log now saves in full

• ·Fixed Log a Stray: picking "Cancelled stop" or "Overtraded" used to quietly save nothing at all. Both now save correctly, so no logged stray goes missing.

Settings now stick

• ·Fixed a batch of settings that quietly forgot your choice after a refresh: your trading time zone, your Daily Reminder times, and your trading-window hours now save the moment you change them and are still there when you come back.
• ·Picking your alert channel (like Telegram) now sticks too, instead of resetting to the default the next time you opened the screen.

Take Stock sliders show up right away

• ·Fixed a glitch where the Take Stock sliders looked blank until you dragged one. They're now visible at their starting position the moment the page opens, so you can see where each category sits before you touch anything.

Switch into Trading mode from anywhere

• ·There's now a Trading / Learning mode switch in the sidebar, on every screen. Flip to Trading mode and your live trading toolbar appears right away; switch to Learning mode when you're done and it tucks away.
• ·The old "Not trading today" button on Home is now "Pause alerts," so it's clearer that it quiets your check-in nudges rather than setting your mode.

Urgency and desperation now stop the show

• ·Urgency and desperation used to be buried inside one Take Stock category, where a high reading could get averaged away by everything else looking calm. Now they're their own two sliders, and when either runs high, Take Stock shows an unmissable do-not-trade signal on top of your overall zone instead of hiding it in the average.
• ·On a do-not-trade morning you'll take one moment to acknowledge the signal before saving: a deliberate pause, not a lock. Your overall readiness zone still comes from the same nine categories.

A finer scale for Take Stock

• ·Each category in Take Stock now uses a 1-10 slider instead of five buttons. Twice the range lets you register the difference between a 6 and a 7, small shifts that add up over weeks of entries, and sliding to your answer gives you a beat longer to sit with it before you commit.
• ·Your readiness zones are unchanged: green, caution, and stop land at the same relative points they always did, just on the wider scale. Entries you logged before today keep their original 1-5 numbers in History.

Take Stock now starts with your values

• ·Take Stock opens with a new first step: name what you're trading in service of today. Pick up to three values (family, health, work, and so on) to keep in front of you before you rate the day's pressures. Pick a fourth and the oldest drops off.
• ·Values used to be one more line on the 1-5 pressure scale. Now they're a direction you choose to move toward, not a pressure you score, and your picks show up alongside each day's entry in History.

Notification reliability + a clearer left menu

• ·More notification work on top of v1.9.0: turning on push now saves the moment you flip the switch, each device you enable is tracked on its own, and a bug that could delay a scheduled check-in is fixed.
• ·The left navigation menu is easier to read, with larger text and stronger contrast, so items no longer fade into the background.

Send Test uses the real push path

• ·Send Test Notification on /settings now fires the exact same path as your real Mid-Session check-ins: a real push, not an in-page browser call. If the test works on your machine, real check-ins will reach you the same way.

Notifications, PWA install and app icons

• ·Notification icons, the install prompt and the background worker all load correctly now. If notifications were misbehaving for you, they should work.

Mid-Session check-ins are now random

• ·Mid-Session check-ins now arrive at random times during your trading windows, at least 25 minutes apart. The frequency picker is gone. Unscheduled check-ins catch you where you actually are.
• ·Web Notifications copy expanded with clear browser-permission and operating-system (Windows / macOS) guidance, so you can tell where things are blocked when alerts don't appear.
